Wow, Great location!! right across the street from Utah Tech, nice, clean and LARGE apartments! manager on-site, rarely have any maintenance issues.

I wanna start off by saying this 5 star is just for Ronda the manager of this complex. Ronda has been nothing but great to my family during the entire time of our stay and our move. She is the biggest reason why I gave a 5 star rating due to her patience and willingness to understand. The apartment complex gets a 3.8 star due to the cost being way too high for what you’re getting. Also parking spots are decent gets really full quickly but not awful. The actual apartments need a lot of work for the price you’re paying but the location of the apartment itself helps with the high rating.

Rhonda is the best landlord you could ask for. Super cute and coy apartments next to the university. Walking distance to soda shops, gas stations, and tons of restaurants.

These apartments are a great place for families and a big bonus the manager Rhonda is the best manager you could ask for! She goes above and beyond to help in anyway that she can and she really cares for her tenants! She is always on top of any maintenance issues or concerns you may have and they are fixed in a timely manner! They have been doing a lot of upgrades too and making sure the place looks nice!

We looked for a new place for a very long time and Our experience with Rhonda at sunridge has been beyond excellent! The layout is perfectly sized for 2b 2b. Very clean. Tons of closet space and there is that "home" kinda vibe in the complex. Rhonda is very professional, understanding and excels at what she does ; even better you can tell she loves it! There is always a smile on her face! Rhondas characteristics has been a major factor in us enjoying our place to the fullest! We are so excited to call here home! Thank you sincerely Rhonda & the sunridge apartments!!!

I struggled in the beginning panicking over the mold I was seeing and Gloria fired up the help we needed and sent us Jeff and Ozzy to do a walk through and listen to our concerns. We are now in the middle of waiting for approval from the DM, Diana, (I believe) to give the go ahead on replacing the blackened and torn carpet that caused the concern over the mold to begin with. This portion has dragged on for a while now and we do wish it cld be resolved. Long overdue! But other than that, I was pleased with Gloria’s appreciation of good tenants that have taken great care of the unit for over 25 years! Hang in there, Gloria!

I just moved back to sunridge for the second time. The office staff is going through a transition but they all worked together to get things taken care of and I felt like they made a big effort to take care of what needed to be done so I could move in. The unit is in good shape and the maintenance team is awesome, they have always been on top of getting any issues resolved quickly. They maintain the property well!

Sun Ridge Apartment is a great place to live. Clean grounds, excellent location and the office and maintenance staff are top notch. If something is broken it gets fixed right away. I would highly recommend this as a place to rent.
